This Lung Deep Breathing Trainer Device uses a multi-level resistance dial which reduces the amount of airflow to the lungs during exercise. It forces you to take more focused and deeper breath, leads to increased lung capacity and performance and improves physical stamina.

Guidelines:

• Insert the mouthpiece into your mouth, engrave the word *top* on the bottom of the mouthpiece, bite it upward on the inside, and fix it in place.
• Inhale and exhale while adjusting the impedance valve to select the desired level of respiratory resistance (making it challenging but uncomfortable).
• 
  
• Turn the valve to the left for more excellent resistance (+) and to the right for less resistance (-).

Once you have set the desired resistance level, do the following three steps without taking the mouthpiece out of your mouth:

• Inhale slowly through the mouthpiece as deep as possible.
• Hold your breath for a few seconds.
• Slowly exhale through the mouthpiece until you are almost breathless.

Take the machine out of your mouth and breathe until you resume breathing. Then, repeat the above exercise 10-15 times to complete a group. 2-4 sets per day for athletes to make additional settings immediately before starting sports activities like walking, running, swimming, cycling, boating, diving, etc.
